Company Overview:

Treble Health is a fast-paced, innovative startup dedicated to providing tinnitus care and audiology services. Our social media content is central to our mission of educating and supporting individuals dealing with tinnitus. Our YouTube channel has over 140k subscribers and 20 million views. My name is Ben. I'm the founder, and I live in Santa Cruz. I'm looking for a motivated and skilled individual to help me and assist with video content production and social media optimization.

Position Summary:

I'm seeking a Video Production and Social Media Specialist to support our content creation and social media output. This role will be in-person at my office in downtown Santa Cruz, working about 15-20 hours per week (2–3 days per week). This is a contractor position with opportunities for growth within the company, as we're expanding.

Key Responsibilities:

-Assist in filming YouTube videos, including some camera handling and on-set setup.

-Optimize and help post content to LinkedIn, YouTube, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and Facebook Reels.

-Collaborate with my team of virtual video editors, social media managers, and YouTube consultants to execute content strategies.

-Write compelling captions and descriptions to engage the target audience.

-Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.

-Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance engagement and reach.

Qualifications:

-Experience in professional social media management, preferably in a digital marketing or content creation setting.

-Familiarity with filming equipment and basic video production techniques (preferred).

-Strong writing and grammar skills for captions, descriptions, and social media posts.

-Competency in digital marketing tools and analytics.

-A proactive, organized, and detail-oriented mindset.

Location:

Pay Rate:
