We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Industrial Painter & Sandblaster to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying protective and decorative coatings to various industrial equipment, structures, and components. This role requires a strong understanding of painting techniques, safety protocols, and the ability to work with a variety of tools and materials. Candidates with experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or auto body repair are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities

- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary

- Apply paint, coatings, or finishes using airless paint spraying, brushes, rollers, or other hand tools

- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively during painting processes

- Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate application and coverage

- Handle materials and equipment safely, including forklift operation and crane assistance when needed

- Perform fabrication or assembly tasks related to painting projects as required

- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards

- Assist with materials handling and warehouse organization related to painting supplies

- Follow safety protocols including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and proper handling of hazardous materials

Qualifications

- Previous experience in industrial painting, auto body repair, or construction painting preferred

- Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with machining, fabrication, welding, and auto painting beneficial

- Experience operating forklifts, cranes, and other heavy machinery preferred

- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and airless paint spraying equipment required

- Knowledge of materials handling, precision measuring instruments, and lean manufacturing practices advantageous

- Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements and mixing ratios

- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship

- Warehouse experience is a plus but not required

- Ability to work safely in an industrial environment following all safety guidelines
