Open Position: Tool & Die Maker / Punch Press Operators

We are seeking skilled and motivated Punch Press Stamping Operators & Tool Die Makers to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic, hands-on manufacturing environment where precision is at the core of what we do.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate all manual machines to produce tooling, gages, and production components.

Machine precision components to exacting tolerances and dimensions. For intricate parts (lengths ranging from 0.25” to 4.00”; material thickness from 0.002” to 0.063”) with tight tolerances (+/- 0.002” to +/- 0.010”).

Design and manufacture both hard and soft tooling for multiple departments using tool room equipment such as surface grinders, lathes, and mills.

Set up and operate Punch Press or Kick Presses machines.

Perform First Article Inspections and verify parts using precision measuring instruments.

Interpret prints, sketches, and engineering specifications to determine operations, sequence, and setup.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience with conventional machining: milling and surface grinding.

Knowledge of blueprints, materials, notes, callouts, tolerances, and specifications.

Ability to use micrometers, calipers, and optical comparators to check parts.

Strong math skills and attention to detail.

Minimum 5 years of experience preferred

Ability to maintain safe work practices and adhere to safety procedures.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
