Job Summary:
The Operations Manager oversees the organization’s daily functions, enhances operational efficiency, and ensures the delivery of high-quality support services. Working closely with team coordinators, direct service providers, and executive leadership, the Operations Manager maintains a streamlined workflow, manages financial and administrative tasks, and ensures compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, with strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep commitment to the organization’s mission.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, healthcare, or a related field
Experience managing schedules, coordinating teams, and handling multiple priorities
Experience in business operations and caregiver support services is a plus
Excellent organization and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork
Proficiency with operational tools such as SharePoint, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office
