AndrewsCamps LLC operates a youth center that offers after school programs, holiday and summer camps The facility is also available for birthday parties and private events.

The Administrative Coordinator is a staff person who provides back-office support for all operations.

Duties & Responsibilities

Organize the admin office, maintain records and reporting systems.

Schedule staff and produce daily assignment sheets.

Update the activities calendar to be always current.

Coordinate and manage student check-in and check-out.

Maintain customer records in compliance with state requirements.

Create printed and email notices and marketing materials.

Be familiar with our website and able to update content.

Handle membership enrollment and fee collection.

Be knowledgeable in the use of our online registration systems.

Provide customer service, answer phones and emails.

Qualifications

Proficient in use of Microsoft Office applications.

Be organized, able to prioritize, use time efficiently.

Have a pleasant demeanor and excellent verbal and writing skills.

Be reliable, punctual, and accurate in details.

Have prior office experience.

Have familiarity with bookkeeping procedures and be able to make entries for things like employee hours worked.

Initially you will be working 15 – 25 hours per week (mostly mornings). This job can become full time as you take on additional assignments.
