A Tamam Construction is a small, family owned business. We are looking for a Bookkeeper to maintain our financial records and handle all accounting and financial transactions. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of accounting duties, including managing accounts payable and receivable, budgeting and forecasting, and data entry. We are looking for someone who has the ability to manage multiple tasks at one time. This position requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to think analytically.
Responsibilities:
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Prepare bank deposits & periodic reports
Manage accounts receivable and pay out to vendors in a timely manner
Prepare monthly financial statements for Board of Directors or other corporate entities.
Skills:
Proven experience as an Accounting Assistant or Bookkeeper in an accounting firm or other industry (preferred)
