We’re hiring an Operations Manager to oversee internal processes and lead a small team in a dynamic shop environment in Richmond, California. Position Highlights:
- Location: Richmond, CA
- Start Date: October 20, 2025
- Duration: 3–4 months
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Hours: 40/week
- Pay Rate: $45/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee inventory, warehouse, purchasing, invoicing, warranties, and more
- Supervise operations assistant and shipping/receiving staff
- Handle customer inquiries, quotes, and sourcing
- Collaborate with Sales, Service, and IT teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 5+ years in distribution or operations management
- 3+ years of management experience preferred
- Strong financial acumen and ERP/warehouse systems knowledge
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Requirements:
- Must pass a 5-panel drug test and 7-year background check
- Physical activity includes bending, standing, walking, kneeling, and sitting
