Job Title:

Office Administrator

General Summary of Duties:

The Office Administrator will provide administrative support to a team of 10–15 engineers, ensuring efficient daily operations and a well-organized work environment.

Typical Physical Demands:

This role requires occasional walking, bending, stooping, and stretching. Must have eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity to operate a computer, photocopier, telephone, and other standard office equipment. Normal hearing and vision are required to effectively communicate and prepare correspondence.

Work is performed in a modern, attractive office located in Milpitas, CA.

Examples of Duties:

(This list is not exhaustive and includes general administrative responsibilities.)

Manage procurement and distribution of office and breakroom supplies, including beverages and snacks.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and shipping.

Maintain and stock the office refrigerator and coffee bar.

Coordinate with the main office on Excel-based accounting tasks.

Provide logistical and hosting support for special events.

Perform miscellaneous administrative projects as assigned.

Performance Requirements:

Reliable and punctual.

Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Able to work effectively as part of a team.

Education & Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of related administrative experience. Must be customer service–oriented, pleasant, highly organized, and computer literate.
