Job Title: Part-Time Administrative Assistant for Independent Furniture Store

Location: San Francisco, CA

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to help us with day-to-day operations.

Job Responsibilities:

Paying Bills: Manage and process payments to vendors and suppliers in a timely manner.

Inputting Sales: Accurately enter daily sales data into our system to ensure all records are up to date.

Filing: Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring important documents are easily accessible.

QuickBooks: Use QuickBooks software to handle basic accounting tasks, including tracking expenses, managing invoices, and reconciling accounts.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion.

Basic computer skills, including experience with MS Office (Word, Excel).

Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
