OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR FOR GENERAL PEST DIVISION
We are a growing termite and pest control company looking for a full time Office Administrator in Campbell, CA. The position is for Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.
The right candidate for the position is punctual, organized, self-motivated and must have the ability to multi-task. Qualified applicants must be able to type at least 50+ WPM, feels comfortable working with a computer all day and feels comfortable talking on the phone to customers, crews and inspectors. The Office Administrator would work directly with the Office Manager and General Pest Control Manager.
Experience with FieldRoutes Software or other Pest Control Software is a MUST - No Exceptions
The daily duties include, but are not limited to:
Answering phones and directing calls where needed to fellow office staff
Scheduling and setup of General Pest Control estimates and services through FieldRoutes
Direct support for General Pest Control Technician in the field
Additional duties may include: helping with termite inspection scheduling and warranty renewal sales
We offer a benefits package that includes company paid medical and dental insurance for the employee, paid time off and paid sick leave after a probationary period.
Wages: Starting - $20 - $24 per hour; with a pay increase after passing 60 probationary period
Hours per week: 40
Term: Full time/Permanent
