Project Manager, Furniture Production (Part-Time)

$30–$35/hr | 20–30 hrs/week | Bay Area | Hybrid

NOTE: You do not need to commute into San Francisco for this role. Workroom visits happen across the Bay Area (East Bay, Peninsula, SF, South Bay).

Revitaliste is a San Francisco–based company on a mission to make it effortless to give new life to old furniture. We work with highly skilled Bay Area artisans to revitalize well-crafted pieces through reupholstery, refinishing, lacquering, caning, and more.

We are hiring a part-time Project Manager, Furniture Production to oversee projects from approval through final quality check.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Assign projects to artisans and maintain clear communication

Coordinate pickups/deliveries and review work orders for accuracy

Visit workrooms 1–3 times/week for inspections

Document findings, flag issues early, and ensure work meets quality standards

Capture simple photos/videos during workroom visits (no editing required)

WHAT YOU BRING

3+ years in operations, production, or coordination roles

Extremely detail-oriented—able to spot what others might miss

Strong communication skills in Spanish and English

Reliable transportation for workroom visits

Comfortable using structured checklists and tools

Tech-comfortable (Slack, Asana, Google Sheets, Typeform)

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

$30–$35/hour

20–30 hours/week

Mileage reimbursement

Hybrid: work-from-home + Bay Area workroom visits
