Job description

Purpose:

This position oversees all office procedures. You must be able to communicate professionally with our diverse range of clients. You must possess strong customer service skills, effective phone etiquette, client relationship management skills, a solid work ethic, relevant work experience, and general office support experience. Must be self-motivated and able to work independently in a small office with minimal supervision. Honesty and time management are required.

We are an independent transportation company specializing in supporting people relocating internationally and domestically to Silicon Valley and Austin, Texas. We offer a solid client base, a great location, competitive wages, and good benefits for the right person to handle our customers' unique details. Customer Service experience is necessary.

We are looking for strong, reliable, punctual candidates. We are a small office with an existing dynamic team. You must have reliable transportation! Operational hours are 8:00 a.m.—5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Major Responsibilities Include:

Learn the reservation system, and gather all relevant information from customers, entering travel data, and confirming product availability, delivery dates, and reservations.

Meet/greet clients on-site for contract agreements from time to time.

Answer phones, take messages, and help support the team.

Communicate via phone and email with customers to ensure all inquiries and requirements have been addressed.

Work with the third-party relocation companies we partner with to ensure all orders meet customer requirements.

Work as a TEAM PLAYER to provide a valued experience for our clients.

Qualifications:

Detail-oriented with strong follow-through skills is a must.

Professional and comfortable working with High-Level Clients.

Must have a good driving record, and NO DUIs.

Able to organize, prioritize, and work with urgency to meet deadlines.

Able to build and maintain productive relationships with peers and cross-functional teams, as well as communicate across cultures.

Logical analysis and problem-solving skills.

Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer skills.

Protects the organization's value by keeping internal information confidential.

Ability to recognize potential new customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about how we can support their needs.
