Part time On Site Manager property in Redwood City
Looking for an On Site Manager who is fluent in Spanish and English for a property in Redwood City and has experience in property management.
We are looking for someone with property management experience.
Good at enforcing rules
Able to set a good example for tenants
Following all Fair Housing laws
Showing units and writing up leases
Coordinating repairs with vendors and getting approvals from Regional Manager
Collecting rents
Posting notices
Must live on site.
Daily walk of the property to make sure it looks nice
Taking the trash in and out to the curb once a week.
This is a part time job which pays an hourly rate as well as a rent credit on a one or two bedroom apartment.
