We are seeking an onsite manager for a small apartment building in the Outer Mission District neighborhood of San Francisco. We are offering a spacious one-bedroom apartment at a discounted rental rate, along with an hourly wage, in exchange for light managerial duties requiring no more than eight to ten hours per week.
These responsibilities include:
Weekly cleaning of common areas
Maintenance of the trash area (this will require sorting of trash to proper bins and is a priority)
Serving as emergency/after-hours contact
Coordinating work orders with tenants and vendors (this is rare, but may be asked)
Maintaining tenant relations and responding to tenant issues
Memo distribution
Showing vacant apartments upon request
Spanish language skills are a strong plus!
The onsite manager shall be licensed a spacious one bedroom unit at the reduced price of $1,600 per month, and shall be asked to work a maximum of 8-10 hours per week. Hourly compensation will be $20-$22/hour DOE.
