Property Management Assistant / Showing Agent position. This is an Independent Contractor (1099) position. This position could lead to more responsibility (Property Management Assistant). Prior property management experience strongly recommended.
REQUIRMENTS:
1) Must hold a California Real Estate License and hang your license under our Broker. (Provide your DRE#. Emails without DRE# will not be responded to)
2) Be able to pass a background screening
3) Reliable Vehicle / Valid Driver’s License / Auto Insurance
4) Have a computer, scanner, printer.
5) Must be able to work Saturdays.
6) Proficient with Google Doc, Google Mail, Calendar, etc
7) Clear Grammar and Communication.
8) Detailed-oriented and organized
9) Professional appearance and demeanor.
10) Strong customer service mindset.
