We are looking for someone who wants a resident manager position in the Tenderloin. This person will be the "eyes and ears" of the property. Responsibilities will include coordinating access with vendors for regular maintenance and emergencies and patrolling the property daily.
The resident manager will be compensated with a rent credit of 66% of the market rent. For example, if the rent is $1500 - you will get a credit of $990 and pay $510 in for rent.
