Laffort produce and distribute winemaking products in over 60 countries worldwide. The main USA warehouse is in Petaluma, CA with satellite stores in Napa and San Luis Obispo Counties in CA and an additional warehouse in VA servicing the East Coast. Laffort USA was the first winemaking product supplier in the U.S.A. to achieve Green Business Certification, and Laffort are the first winemaking product supplier to have ISO 26000 Committed to Social Responsibility accreditation.

We have an opportunity for a full-time permanent Customer Service Representative to become a key member of the Laffort USA team and provide the highest level of customer satisfaction to our customers throughout North America.

This is a hands-on position based in our Petaluma Warehouse, reporting to the General Manager. Competitive pay including 401(k) with company match, PTO, 10 paid Holidays, and employer-paid Health, Dental, and Vision insurance.

TASKS:

Perform customer order processing, credit card processing, and related sales tasks.

Perform website, CRM, and administration support tasks as required.

Provide support for outside sales team with samples, printed marketing documents, shipment tracking information, customer referrals, etc.

Contribute to a team effort in a small company by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven ability to maintain high customer service standards and excel in interaction with customers.

Be passionate about details.

Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.

Minimum two years related work experience.

Proficient with Microsoft Office software.

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred, but more important is strong experience in customer service. Winemaking product knowledge is of course a plus, but not required. A belief in quality, a passion for taking care of customers, and a strong work history are required.
