Position Overview: The Warehouse Shipping Associate is responsible for handling the receipt, storage, and shipment of products in a warehouse environment. This position involves preparing and packing orders for delivery, ensuring that products are shipped accurately and efficiently, and maintaining inventory records. Customer Service: Work with other departments and communicate with customers, if necessary, to resolve shipping issues or delays.
Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in warehouse or shipping environments preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs or more).
Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and practices. Basic computer skills, including proficiency with warehouse management systems. Work Environment::Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods.
Rate of pay based on experience Start Rate $20 per hour . Part time minimum 32 hours per week. Negotiable
