Midsize Construction Company is looking for an experienced estimator or project manager who knows how to find work, not wait for it.
We’re a Bay Area general contractor doing residential and commercial improvement projects and we'd like to expand.
We want someone who can bring in new jobs and help us grow.
About the Role:
You find opportunities with property managers, HOAs, and business owners.
You can walk a site, figure out what it needs, and put a fair number on it.
You’ll price jobs, help close them, and hand off to our build team.
We don’t need someone to sell kitchen remodels or chase homeowners — this is B2B work.
What We’re Looking For:
7+ years estimating, project management, or business development for a GC.
You already know people in the local property world.
You understand scopes, labor, and cost structure.
You’re comfortable working independently and being judged by results.
Pay:
$85K–$140K a year (base + commission or profit share) depending on experience and your network.
Vehicle allowance or mileage available.
