McCampbell Analytical, Inc. is a full-service environmental laboratory providing analytical testing services for air, water, soil, and hazardous waste. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a knack for creative problem-solving, attention to detail, and exceptional communication skills to join our dynamic sales team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a successful and growing established independent Environmental Laboratory in the San Francisco Bay Area, focusing on selling analytical testing and providing client services.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Communicate directly by phone and email with clients about lab capabilities and project management.
Prepare quotes and provide documentation for clients.
Offer solutions to address customer needs collaboratively.
Stay updated on current pricing, new methods, lab updates, and market trends.
Maintain a strong understanding of our Capabilities and services.
Work hours are Monday through Friday at our location in Pittsburg, CA. We offer training, educational prospects, and a career path for someone with the right attitude.
The sales representative’s role will be crucial in supporting the entire MAI team and ensuring a smooth process between our clients and the lab. You will be responsible for facilitating the sales process, addressing customer inquiries, navigating the complexities of client needs, compliance, and analytical services. Prior experience is not required; however, experience in retail sales, environmental laboratories, and digital marketing is a valuable asset. A high school or equivalent degree is required. A science-minded individual with some college is desirable.
