Our agent is looking for a Sales Team Lead to join their team!
In this role you will:
-Develop and implement consistent training programs
-Set sales and meet sales goals
-Mentor Sales team members
-Build Sales team growth plan
-Recruit new agents
-Develop and implement sales team marketing plan
-Update agents on new and innovative ways to stand out
-Oversee Agent/Client relations so that they are always positive
-Have a positive, decisive, and motivating attitude
-Familiar with KVCore Database
What The Agent Is Looking For:
-Real estate sales or broker's license
-Proficiency with Google suite of products (docs, sheets, slides)
-Strong technological aptitude
-Proven ability to Coach, Train and Recruit Agents (Must have at 2 years managing a Team of 3 to 5 Agents)
-Strong written and oral communication
-Excellent organizational and time management skills
-Dynamic interpersonal skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
-Calm under pressure
-Proven ability to achieve set targets
