We are looking for a motivated salesman to join our construction team. This position is commission based and covers all the San Francisco Bay Area. It is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships and closing high value projects.
Responsibilities:
Meet with homeowners and investors to present project options
Follow up with leads provided by our marketing team
Build trust with clients and guide them through the decision making process
Maintain clear communication with clients from first contact to signing
Requirements:
Minimum two years of proven experience in the construction sales field
Ability to manage and coordinate large scale projects such as full home remodels, new construction, ADU development, and pool projects
Strong communication skills and confidence meeting with homeowners and investors
Self driven mindset with the ability to follow up and secure contracts
