We're seeking motivated and results-driven Independent Sales Agents to join our team. This remote position offers the opportunity to work from anywhere, focusing on generating sales for one-time and recurring digital marketing services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Generate new business through agent-sourced and company-sourced leads. Candidates favored who have existing relationships with small to medium size businesses that can become immediate prospects for our services.
Maintain active engagement with clients through regular communication, feedback, delivery, and training on new services (earns recurring revenue).
Meet or exceed sales targets, with a keen eye on both one-time and recurring sales opportunities.
COMMISSION ONLY PAY STRUCTURE:
This is an independent contractor position.
Agent-Sourced Leads: Earn up to 20% commission on one-time services and a graduated commission on recurring orders (15% initial month, 10% subsequent months), plus bonuses for high-value sales volume.
Company-Sourced Leads: Benefit from a tailored commission structure recognizing the collaborative effort (15% one-time services, 10% initial month of recurring orders, 5% thereafter), with additional bonuses for exceptional performance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven sales experience, particularly in digital services or a related field.
- Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales platforms.
