Saelo is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Inventory Assistant to support our growing operations in San Francisco. This part-time role offers the opportunity to become full-time as the business expands.
Responsibilities
Drop off skincare products and ensure all Saelo locations are well-maintained, including all inventory and managing towel laundry and cleanliness.
Oversee and maintain accurate inventory levels for all treatment supplies and retail products.
Organize reoccurring pallet delivery into storage unit and drop off accurate products clinic rooms.
Be on-site to receive product deliveries, accurately load them into storage units or Saelo locations, and track
Act as a runner between Saelo locations within San Francisco, ensuring timely delivery of supplies and products.
Requirements
- Must possess a scooter or car for efficient travel between locations in San Francisco.
- Ability to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 30 lbs when stocking Saelo locations.
- Experience in Microsoft Excel and general tech-savviness to update trackers and systems
- Ability to work part-time with the flexibility to transition to full-time as the business grows.
- A proactive and dedicated individual who views this as a long-term opportunity for growth within Saelo.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in office management, inventory control, or a similar administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small, dynamic team.
Compensation
Pay: $25 per hour, depending on experience
Hours: 5 days a month (up to 40 hrs).
Type: 1099 employee
Location: On-site between Saelo SF locations
Growth: Option to expand into full-time operations support as we scale
