In-Symmetry Spa is expanding, and we’re looking for a Lead Esthetician to build and manage our skincare department!
We’re a well-established, high-volume wellness spa located in the heart of San Francisco’s Mission Creek District, known for our results-driven massage and bodywork—deep tissue, sports, prenatal, and TMJ therapy. We’re now growing our skincare services and are seeking an experienced esthetician with vision, leadership, and passion to take this department to the next level.
What We’re Looking For:
- A licensed esthetician with advanced skincare knowledge and strong client communication skills.
- Someone ready to help shape, lead, and grow our skincare offerings.
- Leadership and business development experience a plus.
- Having your own clientele is a strong advantage.
- Experience with acne treatments, gua sha, waxing, brow & lash tinting
- Waxing is required
Open to different employment models: commission, hourly, or room rental.
