Licensed Massage Therapist – Independent Contractor
Focused Trainers is seeking a skilled, licensed massage therapist (LMT) or bodyworker to become an integral part of our team. At FiT, we guide clients through fitness, recovery, performance and wellness—and you’ll play a key role by providing bodywork and therapeutic care that complements our services.
You’ll have access to a premium treatment space in our facility, full use of our amenities, and the independence to schedule clients your way—while being part of a coordinated team focused on holistic client outcomes (performance | recovery | injury care).

Support with scheduling and client referrals

A collaborative environment with experienced trainers and other health professionals
What We Expect
Valid license/certification (CAMTC or equivalent)
Commitment to high-quality, client-centered therapeutic bodywork
Alignment with the FiT philosophy: integrating bodywork, movement, recovery and performance into a unified approach
Ability to self-manage your schedule, clientele and practice growth
Contract Details
Independent Contractor (1099) status
Contractors pay the greater of either a $300 flat fee or an agreed-upon percentage of session revenue
Scheduling support and billing management provided by FiT
Contractors set their own schedule and rates, aligning their availability aligns with client needs
