Key Responsibilities
Hair Services: Perform haircuts, coloring, styling, blowouts, and specialized treatments
Customer Service: Maintain a positive, professional, and friendly demeanor, ensuring excellent client satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.
Salon Operations: Keep work area clean, sanitize tools and equipment, manage appointment scheduling, and process payments.
Compliance: Adhere to all state board licensing, health, and safety regulations.
Qualifications
Must hold a current, valid State Cosmetology License.
Proven experience in a professional salon environment is preferred.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule (including evenings and weekends).
