Hello, I am a martial artist whose getting a little old (47), so can't strike like I used to. I've done BJJ and classic Jiu Jitsu, but need more experience with the basics of Trips and Throws. I'm looking for some one to work on that with me, and also allow me to train some of my basics hand locks/arm bars/shoulder locks. Don't worry, those would of course be in slow motionAppreciate it!
