A food distribution company is seeking a KRONOS system administrator to join their team in Walnut Creek! In this crucial role, you will be responsible for ensuring KRONOS Time and Attendance system supports all necessary business processes, system security, and policies. Responsibilities include providing system maintenance, troubleshooting, implementing system process improvements, documenting configuration changes, training system users, and more. We are looking for someone with prior KRONOS system experience who has excellent analytical skills and a strong focus on accuracy.

This is a 4-6-month contract role with full-time hours.Responsibilities:

-Act as the go to person for all KRONOS related questions

-Troubleshoot and track application issues; assist users with problem resolution (account access, timecard issues, etc.)

-Provide training on system usage; communicate system updates to new and existing users

-Maintain security-related configuration (profiles defining proper data access, update/approval authority, access to tasks based on users’ job responsibilities)

-Maintain configuration related to time off policies, location and union specific attendance policies, common set up for all users, and display profiles

-Serve as the technical leader to plan and develop and comprehensive implantation plan

-Support Federal and State labor and unemployment statistical reporting; provide back-up to other Payroll functions as needed

-Maintain and update new labor level entries, user schedule information, and configuration within the system based on needs of the customerQualifications:

-Prior experience in a similar role

-Experience implementing and supporting KRONOS system is a must

-Experience troubleshooting and resolving KRONOS setup and configuration issues

-Deep understanding of KRONOS technology, time keeping, and time rules

-Ability to design and implement process improvements

-Excellent communication and customer service skills

-Strong listening skills; ability to understand employee needs

-Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
