Full-time Experienced Audio/Video Custom Integrator/ Technician needed immediately for a quickly-growing Audio/ Video Technology Company.

We have an outstanding reputation with numerous accolades. We specialize in commercial and high-end residential projects including home theater, multi-zone audio, networks, IoT, lighting control, and home automation.

We are quickly growing and are looking for entry level and experienced IT and audio/video/network technicians with the following qualifications:

About you:

You are good at troubleshooting and can problem-solve a variety of technical issues.

You don't need excessive experience with our hardware as we will be providing specific training from industry experts.

You are mobile and can visit locations as needed to resolve technical issues.

You have experience troubleshooting office technical hardware and communicating clearly and kindly with our customers.

Preferred Experience:

At least one year in-field audio/video/network installation experience, including installation and configuration of audio, video, and network components.

Project management skills to take project from concept to completion

Familiarity with system design drawings and floor plans

Experience with programming control interfaces such as Universal Remote Control, Sonos, MusicCast, Lutron, etc

Wiring and repairing security camera systems (cat6, rj-45)

Cable, Fiber, land-wireless internet systems

Network and WiFi troubleshooting and repair

General OS- Windows, Linux Mint/ Ubuntu, iOS, iPadOS, Android

TCP/IP, DHCP, Port Forwarding

Power and Network backup systems

Network Hardware, commercial long-range and residential mesh systems (Ubiquiti, Google, Netgear, Eero, Orbi, etc.)

Ability to produce adequate and clear technical documentation

Security, Security, Security of ALL software and hardware

Ability to use hand power tools and test equipment

Ability to use ChatGPT

Compensation depends on experience

$20 - $32 /hour depending on experience

Full-time position | 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday

Occasional longer days & weekend jobs.
