Job Title: Carpenter / Remodeler
Compensation: $35.00 - $44.00 per hour commensurate with experience. Member of a small team. Potential to move into lead position.
Primary working area for our firm is San Francisco, Northern Peninsula, Southern Marin.
We specialize in foundation to finish on mostly residential and light commercial projects Understanding of, and integration with, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, tile, stone, etc.
Strong candidates should have some of the following experience and skills:
Strong communication skills. An ability to speak English & Spanish is a plus.
Read plans and construction documents
Perform accurate layout of framing and plan for finish plumbing, electrical, and finish cabinetry.
Build concrete forms. Install rebar, hold downs, and structural hardware per plans.
Help calculate materials and general hands-on basic project management.
Rough Framing (foundation to roof)
Finish Carpentry (cabinet install, all interior and exterior trim, scribing, flooring, custom work)
Window and Door install.

All employees must be legally able to work in the US.
Candidates should have a minimum of 4+ years generalist experience and at least 2+ years for junior positions.
Must have basic hand, measuring, and power tools and reliable transportation. Candidates should be able to pass a criminal background test, be able to lift in excess of 60 pounds, and work safely at heights of 20' or more on occasion. We provide a safe working, drug free and smoke free workplace.
