Job Opportunity: Experienced FOREMAN (Bilingual Spanish) - High-End Residential Projects
We are a leading painting company specializing in high-end residential projects and are currently seeking an experienced Foreman. This position is for someone with extensive knowledge in running upscale residential jobs, as well as expertise in paints, materials, and managing multiple painter crews. Bilingual Spanish is preferred for effective communication on the job site.
Pay: $35-40/hr, based on experience
Work: Year-round
Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled, clean, and reliable Foreman who excels in managing high-end residential painting projects. Our work is primarily based in the Bay Area/ East Bay.
Applicant Requirements:
Minimum of 7 years of VERIFIABLE painting experience
Valid Driver’s License
Reliable transportation to job sites
Bilingual in Spanish and English
