We need a responsible, hardworking Facility Technician for our 10 rooftops in Petaluma and Santa Rosa. This position reports to the Facility Manager. For a detailed description of job responsibilities please apply and send resume.
Pay Range
PayRange is $31 to $36 per hour.
The Facility Technician position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $31 to $36.
Key Responsibilities:
- Property inspection; including facility lighting, signage, irrigation, car washes.
- Responsible for equipment and property functionality
- Facilitate monthly and annual compliance inspections
- General facility maintenance for 10 business rooftops, including but not limited to; replacing sump pumps, repair cosmetic issues as well as plumbing and electrical issues.
Knowledge/skills Needed:
- Painting
- General handyman repairs and maintenance
- Plumbing & electrical repair
- Grounds maintenance / irrigation
- Knowledge of fire/life/safety systems
Experience:
5+ years in previous experience in a similar role, such as an industrial electrician or utility worker, is preferred.
