Our small residential gardening company is looking for a part- or full-time crew member (3-4 days/week) to help care for beautiful private gardens throughout the East Bay.
This is an opportunity to:

This isn’t traditional “landscaping.” It’s detailed, attentive Fine Gardening—hands-on, artistic, and plant-focused.
What we’re looking for:
Passion for gardening and love of plants
Attention to detail and pride in your work
Ability to follow directions and also work independently
Reliable transportation and ability to speak English comfortably
Professional presentation: clean work clothes (no holes or large logos), sturdy work boots, friendly demeanor, and punctuality
Experience with outdoor plant care, identifying weeds, and familiarity with common California landscape plants is a big plus.
About the work:
We maintain gardens using ecological and organic methods, mostly by hand. The work is physical and outdoors—good health and mobility are required.
Compensation & benefits:
Hourly pay $23–26 DOE
6 paid holidays per year (pro-rated for part-time)
Accrued sick time after 90 days
Mileage reimbursement for use of your vehicle
