Established High-End Residential General Contractor is hiring for a Finish Carpentry Foreman.
Responsibilities:
Closely read and fully understand architectural drawings
Work closely with Superintendent
Lead crew of +/- 6 carpenters on finish carpentry tasks: interior and exterior window casings, trim, crown, hardware, etc.
Create detailed layout on story poles
Complete floor and ceiling height surveys
Establish and monitor datum lines throughout the project
Be knowledgeable of common coordination issues within high-end residential construction
Proactively provide solutions
Requirements:
Experience in finish carpentry on high-end residential construction projects
Detailed and accurate
Strong communication skills
