Looking for a General Contractor to partner with for single family ground up construction in Marin County. I am interested in becoming a Developer, but for now what I would bring to the table would be investment for land acquisition downpayment and permits. You should be willing to put in some cash for equity as well (for profit sharing).
You should be a licensed GC with prior experience doing Ground up Construction on flat/downsloped/upsloped lots. Plan is to buy a property (I see a few in SF Bay Area, buy would like to start with Marin County specifically unless you are aware of better ones) that is ready to start construction now. I can obtain Bill of Quantities from an Estimator, and you can add labor and material cost and check if it is feasible to do the project or not from your point of view.
Exit strategy is to build and sell. Profit would shared based on equity on the project (can discuss the terms).
