We are seeking for a Lead Carpenter to join our team!

We self-perform demolition, excavation, framing, flooring, finish carpentry, painting and tile work for our projects as part of our commitment to retain craftsmanship and deliver against the triple constraints of cost, time and quality. We are looking to add Skilled Carpenter to our team!
Experience in Carpentry REQUIRED
Management Subcontractors
Framing
Skilled Labor
Trim work
Other trades a plus
Job Duties:
Framing
Finish Moulding
Cabinet installs
Window/door installer
Experience in other construction areas a HUGE plus and will be considered first
Requirements:
Own the tools typical for your experience level
Reliable truck with proof of insurance
Work well with others as well as independently
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Honesty & amp; Integrity
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Clean DMW record, Drug free
Ability to work independently, but can follow directions given by supervisors
MUST BE ABLE to speak and write in English
Benefits:
40 Hrs per week with occasional service overtime
