Position description:
Conducting property inspections. Coordinating work with vendors. Troubleshooting issues.
Ideal Skills:
Construction background preferred.
Able to diagnose potential safety issues in residential dwellings.
Plumbing & electrical knowledge.
Basic hand tool knowledge.
Good grammar & presentable appearance.
Microsoft Outlook & basic computer skills.
Clean driving record & reliable vehicle.
This is a 3/4 out in the field, 1/4 office position & we are willing to train the right person.
Compensation:
$30-$40 per hour based on skill & experience.
Plus compensation for mileage & mobile phone.
Paid time off & major holidays.
