Seeking a reliable person to walk properties, take photos, and document defects. Flexible hours. Must be detail-oriented and have a good smartphone camera. Basic construction/handyman or maintenance experience preferred. This will be recurring part time contract work, 2 to 10hrs per week, on your schedule, to inspect homes from San Pablo to Vallejo and Hercules to Antioch and an occasional one in Marin.
