Job Description:
Live on property/trade living space for work plus paid hours over and above rent at your hourly rate
Maintenance (or supervision of skilled outside service providers) of rentals, farm structures, fencing, roads and pathways
Land stewardship
Tenant management, care, and communication

Must have own tools appropriate to the Job Description
Must be able to make this job your priority
Must have references and a clear record of experience in Property Management
Must be able to work alongside and communicate well with Owners for optimal transfer of Property history and upkeep needs
