We're a residential remodeling company seeking an experienced W-2 employee for ongoing residential projects throughout the East Bay (Concord, Walnut Creek, Pleasant Hill, and surrounding areas).
We specialize in full interior and exterior residential remodels and are looking for a well-rounded remodel professional with solid hands-on experience across multiple trades.
Our work includes:
Kitchen and bathroom remodels
Full interior remodels and home additions
Tile setting (floors, showers, backsplashes)
Flooring installation (LVP, hardwood, tile prep)
Drywall installation, patching, and repairs
Finish carpentry (trim, doors, cabinets, baseboards)
Painting (interior and exterior prep and finish)
Basic plumbing related to remodels
Basic electrical related to remodels
Requirements:
8+ years experience in residential remodeling
Ability to handle multiple scopes within a remodel

Ability to work independently and with a crew
Hardworking individual ready to work
Strong attention to detail
Reliable transportation
Own basic hand tools
Legal to work in the U.S. (W-2 position)
