DescriptionTCG is looking to hire a Marketing Director, for a growing Consumer Goods company in Simi ValleyRESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Manage all Art department and Marketing projects and personnel Oversee business development initiatives and coordinate all department related projects from concept and creation to production and implementation /delivery, while ensuring brand consistency Manage the organization of files, photographs, sales tools, materials for packaging, etc. Support executives and sales managers with the creation and organization of sales tools and materials Organize business development initiatives and coordinate the completion of initiatives across all departments Facilitate the execution of actions required to bring products to market from sourcing to distributionPlease send resumes to kevin.theiss@creativegroup.comRequirementsREQUIREMENTS: Must be creative and independently motivated with a positive attitude Must be articulate and be able to clearly convey information to other team members within the organization Must possess excellent communication, composition, spelling, organization and time management skills Must have exceptional analytical problem solving skills, and be well organized with strong attention to detail Must be familiar with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Bridge, Photoshop, and Acrobat and InDesign. MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. CIMEX Cad experience is helpful.
