What Might Your Day Include?
Housekeeping and cooking
Providing transportation
Medication assistance (training provided)
Personal care (toileting, feeding, bathing, transfers)
Community outings and on-the-go support
Schedules & Shifts:
Schedules are built around the client’s needs—from a few hours a day to 24/7 support
We offer overnight, weekend, and flexible shifts
Yes, you’ll get paid for overnight “sleep” shifts where applicable
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Valid CA driver’s license (3+ years), reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
Able to pass background and drug screening (we pay!)
Eligible to work in the U.S.
CPR/First Aid certification (or willing to obtain – we’ll pay!)
Experience supporting behavioral needs strongly preferred
