The San Miguel Joint Union School District is currently hiring a Custodian to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors. This position plays a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our school facilities.
Duties include:
Cleaning classrooms, restrooms, offices, hallways, and other school facilities
Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
Restocking supplies
Emptying trash and recycling
Ensuring cleanliness and sanitation in accordance with school standards
Performing minor maintenance tasks as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Must pass DOJ/FBI fingerprint clearance (background check required prior to employment)
Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting and operating cleaning equipment
Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
This is a 4-hour position (5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.).
