We are a local design/build contracting company in Morro Bay, and we need an architectural drafter/designer on our team. We specialize in ADU construction, creative backyard studio construction as well as additions, renovations and general carpentry.
We need a designer comfortable working with our team and clients to produce thoughtful renderings and provide necessary drawings to be submitted for plan approval through local city/county building/planning departments.
This is currently a contract position with possibility for growth. Expected hourly wage TBD based on experience.
