Popolo Catering seeks a Administrative Support Assistant on our team! Must possess strong organizational abilities, with a skill set to coordinate within a fast-paced office environment. This is a job within a well-established family owned and operated catering company of 19 years. Our goal is to create delicious food and support our clients' with service surrounding a variety of catered events from full-service, casual, delivery and pick-up. Duties may include but are not limited to:
Excellent Customer Service by Telephone, Email and In-Person Communication
Strong Computer Skills within Microsoft Suite 365, Software Programs and Email
Process Catering Orders by Creating Invoices, Proposals and Contracts
Ability to Learn Popolo Catering Software System, Caterease
Sales and Marketing by Professional Representation, Written and Verbal
Schedule Catered Events and Client Appointments for Owners and General Manager
Assist with Employee Recruitment, Hiring, and Timekeeping Edits
Collaborate with General Manager to Assign Staff to Events
Social Media and Website Support
Support Catered Events Off-Site and On-Site
Requires High Level Integrity with Job Responsibility Execution
The position is part-time and full-time, depending on the catering season.
Reliable transportation a must.
Dependability essential.
Weekend availability required.
