Seeking an experienced chef for an established, upscale restaurant in downtown San Luis Obispo. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are strongly preferred.
Requirements:
-Proven experience as a chef or kitchen manager in a high-volume or professional culinary environment.
-Knowledge of food safety laws and best practices.
-Manager’s Food Handler Certification.
-Demonstrated track record of reliability, professionalism, responsibility, and successful kitchen management.
Hours for this role are Tuesday through Saturday from 2 p.m. until 11 p.m.
