Responsibilities include checking guests in and out, providing exceptional customer service, managing reservations, keeping your work station and lobby clean, communicating with housekeeping about room and guest needs, using cloudbeds to manage and communicate with guests, working with team members and management to create the premium guest experience. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and a passion for working with people. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
