We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Physical Therapy Aide to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone interested in healthcare, physical therapy, or administrative work in a clinical setting. We are a patient-focused physical therapy clinic located conveniently near downtown San Luis Obispo. We specialize in providing high-quality, personalized care in a calm and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Cleaning and sanitizing treatment rooms and equipment between patient sessions
General clinic upkeep to maintain a clean, welcoming environment, including keeping bathrooms clean and taking out trash.
Assisting with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and paperwork organization
Answering phones, taking messages, and assisting with appointment scheduling
Greeting and checking in patients courteously and professionally
Supporting physical therapists and front office staff as needed
Qualifications:
Dependable, punctual, and professional
Friendly and comfortable interacting with patients
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
Ability to multitask and follow directions
Previous customer service or office experience is a plus
Interest in physical therapy or healthcare is helpful but not required
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, from 8:30am until 5:30pm with lunch from 12:30 to 1:30pm. Full time preferred, but willing to consider part time positions.
