We are seeking a female IHSS care provider for a 54 year old with cerebral palsy.
We are looking for someone to come in 3 hours a day from 9 am till 12 pm. All days of the week are available except Tuesday and Thursday. Sunday is 8 am to 11am.
Duties include getting me up from bed, toileting, hygiene, possibly a shower, breakfast and clean up. On Sundays I need to be dropped off at church in my van.
We are also seeking someone for evenings 6:30 to 10:30 getting me ready for the evening and putting me to bed. The evening shifts are through another program that is NOT through IHSS.
